We’ve been misled by mainstream health experts. We find it hard to seek out those that care about our health just as much as we do. We have given up on some of these challenges because the right answers are not easily accessible.

However, there are fine details, struggles and challenges that you are unnecessarily accepting on a day to day basis. These details are not insignificant. I have provided a form with simple questions for you to fill out to help with the initial understanding prior to us meeting on the phone.

    “Lindsay popped up on my feed a year ago while following animal based eating and how it was changing those with autoimmune challenges. I had been struggling with hashimotos and Epstein Barr for the last ten years. PMS/anxiety was pretty wicked too. I was tired of eating how the nutritionist would suggest (leans and greens) and often ignoring my inner guidance. I’m very cautious of where I buy my meat and produce, and I stay away from grains and gluten, but I was still eating out at restaurants that cook with seed oils and bought products that are saturated in them.   • Sure! You can get started at any time. The consultations are tailored to you and your specific needs.

  • I structure the consults by first extracting a deeper understanding of your history and relationship with food, movement, sleep and stress. Based on your individual patterns, preferences, specific concerns and goals, we can curate a lifestyle plan that works for you.

  • 1 hour for the initial consultations. I also offer a maintenance program where you can book 30 minute sessions (for recurring clients only).
