I'm ​​Lindsay...aka Animal Based Bae.

Life is full of adventure and beauty, curveballs and punches. I take each happening as an opportunity to seize the moment, learn, grow, adapt and become more resilient. This mindset has been at my core since beginning Martial Arts at the age of 5.

I think of life as my dojo – my place of exploring, training, learning and applying. Where I take all the information I gather and put it into trial and action. And in this dojo, there is no place for dogma or fear of change. I choose to eat with intention, move with intention, and live with intention.
